1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below. Defined terms appear in initial capitals throughout this document.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the apk43 Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or engage in any real-money betting or gaming activity on apk43. This requirement reflects both our responsible gaming commitment and the minimum age recognised for adult entertainment activities in the Indonesian market.
• Jurisdiction: apk43's Services are primarily directed at residents of Indonesia. By registering you confirm you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable law to which you are personally subject.
• Legal capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking full contractual capacity are not permitted to register.
• One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one active apk43 account. Registering multiple accounts — under your own identity or using a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or associate of apk43 or any of its affiliated entities. You must not be a person self-excluded from apk43 during an active self-exclusion period.

3 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must register an account via the apk43 registration process. You agree to the following during and after registration:

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your apk43 login credentials, including your username and password. apk43 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel.

• You must not share your apk43 login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify apk43 customer support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• apk43 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
• apk43 may implement OTP (one-time password) verification, device fingerprinting, and automatic session expiry as security measures. You consent to these security features as a condition of account use.

apk43 offers various promotional incentives to Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover") before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and will be visible in your account dashboard at the time the bonus is credited.
• Time limit: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated period will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino wagers may contribute at a different rate than slot game wagers. Contribution rates for each game category are published in the relevant promotion details.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a Member's account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion before an existing bonus is cleared will result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse prevention: apk43 monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-margin hedging strategies, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of free-bet promotions. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have Bonus Funds forfeited and may be suspended.
• apk43's discretion: apk43 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to refuse or revoke a bonus at its reasonable discretion where eligibility criteria are not met.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on apk43. Violation of any of the following will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on apk43, whether under your own identity or a third party's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit odds discrepancies, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that take advantage of pricing errors or discrepancies across markets in a systematic manner.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or promotional event.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the apk43 platform as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the apk43 platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other means of IP obfuscation designed to misrepresent your location or identity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your apk43 account or account credentials to any third party.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward apk43 customer support staff or other Members in any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit errors, software bugs, or glitches in the apk43 platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation discovered will result in full reversal of associated winnings.

9 Responsible Gaming

apk43 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. Betting and gaming on apk43 are intended as forms of adult entertainment for persons aged 21 and above. apk43 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via the account settings dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 72 hours to prevent impulsive changes.
• Session reminders: Members may configure timed session reminders that display a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Members who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or indefinite duration by contacting apk43 support. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account is suspended and may not be reactivated until the exclusion period ends and a formal reactivation request is submitted.
• Reality checks: The platform provides access to full transaction histories and session logs so Members can review their activity at any time.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the apk43 platform — including but not limited to the apk43 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of apk43 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the apk43 platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any apk43 content without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the apk43 platform using automated means.
• Create derivative works based on apk43 proprietary content.
• Use the apk43 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without explicit written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk43 and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, revenue, profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the apk43 platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if apk43 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond apk43's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or availability of sports data, odds, or event results sourced from third-party data providers.

apk43's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

apk43 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on apk43, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data (name, date of birth, contact details, payment information) is collected for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.
• apk43 does not sell Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction data may be shared with payment processors (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) solely to the extent necessary to process deposits and withdrawals.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting apk43 support, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

13 Amendments

apk43 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, apk43 will notify Members via a prominent notice on the platform homepage or via the email address or mobile number registered to the Member's account. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is expressly stated.

Continued use of the apk43 platform following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account and withdraw your Real Money Funds balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Clause 5. You will not be entitled to compensation for the closure of an account in response to a terms amendment.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk43 holds its operating licence. apk43 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and applies player protection standards consistent with those required by that licensing authority.

Members acknowledge that online gambling is subject to varying legal frameworks across different regions of Indonesia, and that they are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the apk43 platform is lawful in their specific location. apk43 makes no representation that the Services are lawful in all jurisdictions from which the platform may be technically accessible.

In the event of a dispute between apk43 and a Member that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with apk43 customer support, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by apk43's licensing authority. apk43 will cooperate in good faith with any such process.
